Stress/tekanan/tension samaada mental , emosi atau fizikal semuanya ada kesan kepada kesihatan dan kesuburan seseorang lelaki atau perempuan. Banyak situasi dalam kehidupan kita , dirumah, dipejabat, dijalan raya dan lain2 menimbulkan stress atau ketegangan. Tetapi tidak kesemua situasi stress itu buruk; kadang2 kita memerlukan kepada situasi begini untuk menggerakan kita berusaha , berfikir, mengatur rancaangan dan strateji dan akhirnya menjana kejayaan. Hidup kita penuh cabaran dan cubaan yang munkin menghasilkan situasi penuh stress.
Apa yang penting bagaimana kita menguruskan atau menangkis stress.
Berkaitan dengan isyu kesuburan stress bolih mengganggu dengan beberapa cara.
1. Ia bolih melemahkan tenaga batin/syahwat lelaki atau perempuan dan ini menyebabkan mereka jadi mati pucuk bagi lelaki, vaginismus bagi perempuan, ketidakmampuan untuk melakukan persetubuhan khususnya ketika isterinya sedang subur.
2. Stress mengurangkan bilangan benih dan kekuatan pergerakan benih lelaki.
3. Mengganggu hormon subur wanita, akibatnya tiada penetasan telor/ovulation.
4. Saluran fallopio bolih jadi kuncuk dan mencegah benih suami sampai ketelor isteri.
5. Menggangu imbangan hormon wanita dan menyebabkan kegagalan embryo melekat dan membenam kedinding rahim/implantation.
Relaxation Techniques
Berbagai jenis teknik relaxation bolih dicuba , tetapi bagi orang islam membaca quran dan memahami makna serta berzikir mengingati Allah setiap waktu lapang adalah sangat berkesan. Apabila memandu kereta atau sedang dipandu, baca fatihah, ayat kursi, tiga Qul, lepas itu berzikir, bertasbih, bertahmid terus menerus jangan berhenti, selingkan doa untuk dapat zuriat. Tenang fikiran bolih meningkatkan kesuburan. Ketika buat riadah, yoga, breathing exercise dll juga amalkan zikir dan tasbih, insya Allah doa kita akan diperkenankan dan dimakbulkan.

At least one study has suggested that listening to certain types of music, particularly New Age music and classical music, can increase feelings associated with relaxation, such as peacefulness and a sense of ease.[3] Some find humour to be helpful.[citation needed]
A technique growing in popularity is flotation therapy, which is the use of a float tank in which a solution of Epsom salt is kept at skin temperature to provide effortless floating. Research in USA and Sweden has demonstrated a powerful and profound relaxation after twenty minutes. In some cases, floating may reduce pain and stress and has been shown to release endorphins.
